Randy Manis, age 54, of Rogersville, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at his residence.   
    
He was formerly employed at Universal and Foamex.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma Blanche Manis.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Manis of the home; sons, Jeff Manis, Jamie Manis both of North Carolina; daughters, Wanda Schumaker of Russellville, Mary Rose Lowe of Bulls Gap; step children, Roger Campbell, Tina Presley both of Rogersville, Abby Greg and husband Farris of Morristown; father, Jim Manis of Rogersville; sisters, Judy Johnson, Brenda Lawson both of Rogersville; mother-in-law, Lillie "Granny" Trent; friends, Mike Kelley and Eddie Johnson; numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The family received friends 10 to 11a.m. Friday, November 14, 2008, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Greg Reece officiating. Interment followed in Harrison Cemetery.
