Raymond Wayne Goins, age 48, of Rogersville, passed away Sunday evening, November 2, 2008, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
    Raymond loved fishing and to be outside.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Mitchell Goins; and brothers-in-law, Harold Feagins and Woody Mullins.
    He is survived by his daughter, Heather Cheyenne Goins of Rogersville; mother, Martha Lawson with whom he made his home; four sisters, Audrey Feagins, Linda Hurd and husband, Mack of Rogersville, Opal Smith and husband, Wayne of Maryland, and Anna Mullins and fiance’, Troy Mowell; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, and great great nephews; special friend and mother of his daughter, Kim Barger.
    The family received friends from 6 -  8 p.m. Thursday, November 6, 2008, at Colboch-Price Funeral Home. Funeral services followed at 8 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jerry Lawson and Pastor Gregory Graybeal officiating.  Graveside services were held 2 p.m. Friday, November 7, 2008, at Highland Cemetery.
    Colboch-Price Funeral Home in Rogersville is serving the Goins family.
