William Perry Rogers, age 82, of Rogersville, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2008.

Mr. Rogers was a veteran of WW II, having served in the U.S. Army in the European Theatre.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Rogers;  mother, Eva Henard Klepper; brothers, J. Carson Rogers, Harold Klepper and Fred Klepper, Jr.

He is survived by his niece (caretaker) Nancy Davis of Rogersville;  brothers, Hugh Kyle Rogers and Howard Klepper;  several nieces and nephews.

The Hawkins County Color Guard and Tennessee Army National Guard will conducted military graveside honors 10:30 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 2008, at Brice Cemetery.

Colboch-Price Funeral Home in Rogersville is serving the Rogers family.
