ROGERSVILLE -- Louise Wonders, age 69, Rogersville, died Wednesday, May 17, 2000, at Holston Valley Hospital and Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Marshall, MI, but had lived in Rogersville for the past several years. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kristina Adams; and a brother, Russell Williams.
She is survived by her husband, Harold Wonders of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Don (Kathleen) Anderson, Rogersville, Mrs. David (Vickie) Wedge, Portland, OR, Mrs. Gene (Debra) Adams, Houston, TX, and Sheri Caldwell, Kauffman, TX; a son, Randy Wonders and wife, Cindy, Winter Haven, FL; 15 grandchildren; a brother, Claude Williams, Coldwater, MI; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2000, at Carter-Trent Funeral Home, Church Hill. Services will be held 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Luther Russell officiating. Burial will be in Hawkins County Memorial Gardens, Surgoinsville.
Pallbearers will be David Glover, Danny Anderson, Scott Adams, Travis Courtney and Jason Wonders.
