Dorothy Dykes Hall, age 88 of Rogersville, passed away, Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Signature Healthcare of Rogersville. 
    She was a member of New Hope Christian Church.         
    Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband, A. Jay Hall; parents, Eldridge and Gertha Bussell Dykes; nephew, Mark Dykes.
    She is survived by her brothers, Claude Dykes and wife, Virgie, Rholan Dykes and wife, Emma of Rogersville; nieces, Rhonda Rivette, Sheila Barnette, Diane Price and Hope Stewart; nephews, Chris Dykes and Victor Dykes.
    Calling hours will be 2 to 4 p.m., Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.  Funeral service will be conducted 4 p.m., Sunday, January 24, 2010 in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Charles Reese officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery.
