ROGERSVILLE — As of press time Tuesday, Rogersville Housing Authority (RHA) Director Becky Wolfe had not responded to The Review’s requests for details regarding the authority’s proposal to cut trees at properties under its jurisdiction in Church Hill. However, last Thursday, RHA board of directors accepted a low bid that will bring down the axe on more than 35 trees and bushes because the City of Church Hill City Code does not prevent it. More
